Grading Policy
I grade my pins using letters A, B, C, and sometimes D. Pins are graded relative to each batch and how the pins come out in it, so the A grades of one design might be more flawed than the A grades of another design.
A Grade - Little to no flaws. Mabe one dip or scratch. The best of the batch.
B Grade - Two or three flaws like a dip or scratch. Not noticeable overall.
C Grade - More than three minor flaws or any major or noticeable flaw.
Minor Flaws: Including but not limited to dips in the enamel, scratches, and small pricks in the enamel.
Major Flaws: Including but not limited to larger dips in the enamel or scratches, deeper enamle pricks, missing enamel, bubbles, markings, and any more noticeable flaw.
I will not sell a pin if I think that any flaws take away from the overall look of the pin and are noticeable enough to distract from the design.

Presale Policy
Presale: Pins are presold in order to help cover the cost of manufacturing. Presale pins have not yet been created and are based on the concept art. I will usually not presale without an art proof (the actual vector of the enamel and screenprint and the exact colors to be used), but ocassionaly there will be a presale without and art proof.
Presales can take anywhere from 1 to 5 months or even longer, depending on production times. I try my best to get them done as soon as possible, but the speed depends on the manufacturers who have lots of other pins to do and have COVID related delays.
If you are not comfortable waiting for a pin that long or not seeing the finished product, please do not buy. There will almost always be pins left to be sold in hand.
Presale pins are sold cheaper than in hand pins. Please check my Instagram @undreameddesign for updates on each pin.
Please do not resell pins that are not yet in hand. If I see a pin up for sale before it is out, I will cancel the order.
Please do not purchase a presale pin in the same order with an in hand pins, unless you are willing to wait until the presale pin is completed before receiving either pin. Shipping cannot be split on a single order. All presale pins will be denoted with a 'PRESALE' in the product title.
If you have a change of address after ordering a presale pin before it is in hand, please contact me throught the contact form or at my email [email protected]. Address changes are only permitted for Presale pins.
Please Note: Image colors appear different on every screen, therefore, the pin colors will look slightly different in person. For exact colors, the art proofs include the Pantone numbers, which you can look up in a Pantone book to see what it will look like in person.

Other Information
All pins are Limited Edition (LE) and will not be restocked again when sold out. Only a certain amount of each pin will ever be made (usually 20 to 45).
Refunds: Pins are non refundable UNLESS for any reason production is not able to be finished, in which case, all money will be returned to the buyer (might exclude payment platform fees).
Shipping: All pins in the US are shipped First Class with the USPS. Pins shipped out of the country will will varry depending on the prices of mailing at the time. If you wish to add insurance or a faster mode of shipping, please fill out my contact form, or email me at [email protected]. Shipping to the EU is available, but customers are responsible for any VAT or Custom charges accrued.
I am not responsible for any packages that go missing within the postal system. I provide tracking, and once the mail is dropped off, it is out of my hands. If there is damage to your order, refunds or replacements are decided on a case by case basis.
I strive to remain enviromentally friendly in all of my packaging. Pins will typically be shipped in recyclable bubble mailers. Pins come from the manufacturer in plastic bags and ocassionaly bubble wrap bags. In the interest of reducing waste, I simply use these bags to send the pins as well. Currently I am looking into enviromentally friendly bubble wraping.
